Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Illa Experience Hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection that included traditional local dishes. The only drawback was the location. Although the hotel is close to the historic center, the surrounding area felt quiet and deserted, with most nearby businesses closed, making it less convenient than expected. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the hotel!
