Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location was close to a ton of restaurants and a bus stop that goes right into the city. Room was small but clean and well-kept. Kai was the staff that welcomed us into the room, and he was super friendly, super helpful. He gave us a good tip to grab this QR code in order to go to a few Sentosa attractions for free. Very much enjoyed his customer service.
Negative: There was an extremely unpleasant, rude staff member. I didn't catch her name but she was of Indian descent. I used the lobby bathroom and came out, and was followed up with a rude scolding as if I was her misbehaving son. Then when I asked her a simple question of having a fridge to put fruit in, she, with no eye contact, directly told me no and that she was busy. I hold her as the unfortunate exception of the people I met in Singapore, because everybody else has been welcoming. Her customer service personally left a bad taste in my mouth, but I refuse to let her ruin my experience here.
Summary: Great hotel and a great price. Had an amazing staff member followed by a very rude one.
