Positive: The apartment itself was nice and spacious.
Negative: The check-in situation was absolutely absurd. There was nobody at the hotel due to a holiday and the lockbox they had given us the code to contained THE WRONG KEYS so we couldn't get in. We walked around the property for an hour in the pouring rain to try to figure out if this key fit into anywhere. It did not. I emailed the host but got no response so I called to I form him that we can't get in. We waited another 10 minutes until a call back where he told us that the wrong key was in the lockbox (DUH!) and that someone was coming to let us in. It took as almost an hour and a half to get in so it was almost 11 PM at that time. The host said he was sorry for the "minor inconvenience" via a message and left it at that which was mind-boggling to us. He did not offer to make things right in any way. Outside of that, the bed and the couch qere both not comfortable and the lack of microwave was a big miss, as others have pointed out. The host had heavily advertised Apple TV and when we attempted to use it, it said it hadn't been paid. Yet another fail.
Summary: The room was OK, but not worth it considering the many other setbacks
