Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A very comfortable room. Quiet, well-equipped. Good breakfast. There are no staff to talk to; check-in and -out are via door codes. But all the instructions are very clear. While on the train to Jarvenpaa I sent a request for a slightly earlier check-in time, and the response was very quick - and positive. Only 15 minutes stroll through downtown Jarvenpaa to the lovely lakeside park. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants very close by.
Negative: I would have liked a couple of tea bags that were for normal (i.e.not flavoured) tea.
Summary: Next to the station but quiet and very comfortable.
