Summary: We booked 2 rooms with balconies and valley views but were given rooms at the back with views of the car park and only 1 with a balcony. When we complained we were told all rooms with balconies and valley views had been allocated to a large group arriving the next day. We showed reception the Expedia printed confirmation of rooms with balconies and valley views but they did not care.
