Positive: Great breakfast and a very good location whilst we visited a relative at the rehabilitation clinic. We visited during a heatwave and the room could have benefitted from a decent floor fan.
Negative: Wet room shower drain was very slow which led to a flood onto the main bathroom floor.
Summary: Great location for a visit to the rehab clinic
