Summary: My experience was quite disappointing. Most notably, when I was informed their restaurant was fully booked, which primarily drove m y booking, the hotel was unwilling to provide room service. This is something I never experienced in a 4 star hotel over 30+ years of traveling. To add, the room and breakfast experience was more reminiscent of a 3 star experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless a considerable discount potentially offset the downsides.
