Summary: We stayed in this hotel our journey down France. First visit very good, nice room, pleasant staff. Breakfast disappointing. On the way back home our second time – I had booked wrong day and we arrived a day early, but hotel staff were helpful and changed date. Room was OK. However, after we returned from dinner at 9.30 we were unable to get into hotel. We had not been given directions on how to enter. Fortunately, after a while we found a window open into reception and I was able to climb in. Otherwise, we might have had to sleep in the car! Next morning we explained what had happened and we got no apology, some attempt to tell us the code – too late, and possibly a small reduction in the bill. we wont be going again.
