Positive: The assistance after booking but before arriving to the hotel was perfect as well as their flexibility for the possible late arrive.
Negative: The walls could be thicker, the snoring from the other room was clearly audiable unfortunately.
Summary: All in all it was good, I would pick it another time as well.
