Positive: Breakfast is very good!
Negative: On the last day morning at 9am+, I was in my room with door being locked, which is clearly indicating guest is still not checked out. but cleaning staffs quickly opened my door without waiting for my response to her knocking. The check-out is supposed to be at 11am. There is no need to rush in my room before my leaving in any case! I was shocked for the inconsideration and rudeness. First time to encounter this kind of rudeness in a hotel.
