Positive: The location is perfect. Just 5 to 10 min walking to the principal road, underground and shops. There are many shops and restaurants around, I found safe for a single lady to walk around. The single room is really small, a bit old, but for 1 night stand worked very well. There are few WC close to the room and the reception ladies are very helpful and nice. I wouldn't stay for a long time but, for short time I suggest it.
Negative: I didn't like the old fashioned of the room. I had to buy soap to take a shower cause there is nothing giving in the room.
