Gouves is a popular tourist coastal resort village of Crete with a well-developed infrastructure, located 18 km East of Heraklion. A distinctive feature of Gouves, a magnificent promenade which is lined with many excellent modern taverns, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bars and cafes with sea views and great beaches. In the evening, you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy the sunset.
