Holiday home with private pool (heatable for an extra charge) in an exclusive, very quiet residential area, ideal for families. The house is bright, modern, inviting and spacious on two levels, on a plot of 400 m². Entering through the front door, you enter a large room. To the left is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and DVD. There is free WLAN. To the right is a modern kitchen with everything you could need. A large induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and many small appliances. The dining room seats up to 8 guests. Next to the living room is a bathroom with shower. On this level there is also one of the bedrooms with a double bed and next to it a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed. This is ideal if you have small children and want to be close to them, but want them to sleep in a separate room. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the garden. Next to this bedroom there is an en-suite bathroom with shower.
There are 2 further bedrooms on the first floor. One with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a private terrace. From here you have a great view over the Orotava Valley and the mountains. The other bedroom, also with a double bed, also has its own bathroom. This is spectacular with 2 sinks, bathtub, extra large shower, bidet. Lots of natural light. Nothing is missing. In addition, there is a private terrace of 20 m² with spectacular views of the sea and you can also see the Teide from this point.
The house is surrounded by a garden and the pool is on one side with an outdoor shower. The terrace next to the pool is furnished. You can have lunch or dinner outside and also enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. In front of the house there is always enough parking space, but you also have space for 1 car inside.
