Positive: Loved the personal touches, Hobbit theme, fairy lights. It was compact but had everything we needed for 1 night

Negative: Unfortunately we could not get the dvd player to open so we could watch the Hobbit dvds that were kindly provided in the flat. Such a shame. Could not get hot water our of the shower, just warmish

Summary: Fantastic compact little flat, wonderfully themed with some lovely personal touches
