Positive: Great location only 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to town. Comfortable lounge with plenty of games. Nice touch with local beers and fudge, breakfast cereals and accompaniments.
Negative: It’s a bit dated and tired but feel that is representative of cost. A lot cheaper than other places in Swanage.
