Negative: The back garden/yard needed renovation to make it more enjoyable to sit out. There was also a damp smell in the property coming from sink area/kitchen which was very noticeable for the whole stay. The twin bedroom had little/no storage for 2 people as there was no drawers, only an airing cupboard again with very little storage. No welcome pack? A pint of milk and packet of Kit Kats and some old teabags and coffee which had been used previously.
