Summary: We had a good 3 night's stay in Hôtel Le Louvre. The welcome at reception was a bit odd as the receptionist asked us if we wanted a clean room! We replied of course. Yes, the room was clean so all was well. The room had a good size but did not have much storage space. It had a Bosch coffee machine and 2 coffee pods per day were provided. The bathroom was fairly spacious and had had a bathtub and shower combination. For us having a bath is always a plus point. The hotel is very central and close to a many of restaurants and cafes. A welcome pack of biscuits and 500 ml bottle of water was nice. This is a reliable central 3 star choice in Cherbourg. If we would go back to Cherbourg, we would happily stay there again but we would also look at other options.
