Positive: Location Huge fridge plus other facilities Enclosed garden Shower for disabled mum in law Plenty of parking Large kitchen table Very responsive owner (when needed to sort a rubbish collection) We had a nice relaxing time
Negative: Needs more seating in lounge. Can only seat 6 but property sleeps 8-10. Property needs a deep clean now. Shower room next to main bedroom is a bit rusty and mouldy, needs updating. Quite a nasty collie who lives at the top of road appears at speed out of the hedge on all dog walks and did manage to bite one of my dogs on one occasion.
Summary: Lovely family holiday after xmas. Property needs to maintain its promises due to elevated cost.
