This luxury apartment is the perfect blend of modern amenities and seclusion. Nestled in a secluded spot just across the Douro River; the apartment enjoys a private balcony that offers a scenic river-side view of Porto, and is furnished with all modern amenities. It has two bedrooms, a queen-size bed (both lined in hotel quality linens), built-in wardrobes and private TV. A fully-equipped kitchen with marble counter-tops that opens up to a spacious living room, and a dedicated dining room.

Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival.

- Please note that the street where this apartment is located will be blocked for the next two years due to ongoing construction for Porto's new metro line.

Summary: The location was fantastic. Great view, fantastic spot on the river. This unit does not have A/C which I didn't notice on the listing as it does only show heating. This was OK since the weather was not real hot but the front bedroom with the windows open you hear periodic loud motorcycles and cars in the middle of the night that were startling at the least. The back bedroom was worse. There are two small dogs that started barking at 5:30 AM just below this 2nd floor unit. Another time they were barking at 2:00 AM. The Primary Bedroom shower did not drain. We let the property manager know about this right away. There was water all in the entire bathroom almost to the wood in the hallway. It was about a 2 minute rush to before the entire bathroom was completely underwater. I'm not talking 15 minute shower. It took 2 days to get this (sort of) fixed and multiple reminders. The washing machine door would fall completely off when you opened it. The listing says washer / dryer. The dryer portion of the unit did not function. This was never fixed. We counted on having a washer and dryer and ended up having to have clothes washed at our next stop in Lisbon at a hotel. The kitchen sink would spray water on the window when you turned it on. This was never fixed. The primary bath toilet flush cover would fall off and also get stuck on. I never mentioned this since we could live with it and the other items were not getting addressed. would not stay in again!
