Positive: The stay was generally pleasant. Communication with the host was satisfactory, the bed was comfortable, the furniture was new, and the air conditioning worked very well.
Negative: The main issue was cleanliness. The towels and bed linens appeared to be unclean, as they had multiple visible stains. Paying more attention would significantly improve the guest experience. Another concern was the bathroom waste policy. Toilet paper could not be flushed and had to be disposed of in a bin next to the toilet. Given this, the bin should be emptied regularly for hygiene reasons. However, during my entire 6-night stay, it was never emptied.
