Welcome to our newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi, and living room. At this quaint haven you will find comfort, entertainment, and privacy in the center of Colorado Springs. You will have your own free parking space and private entry. We do live in the main house on the property, so we’ll be close by for your needs.
LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy this welcoming and charming space with a relaxing sofa, coffee table, smart projector and screen. Here you will also find a quaint table and barstools for dinner time and game night.
KITCHEN:
Stock the large refrigerator and freezer with all your favorite ingredients and craft yummy meals on the stove or in the oven. Although this unit does not come equipped with a dishwasher, we provide everything you may need to keep the dishes clean and ready for the next meal.
