3 Bedroom House in Chichester

This modern house is very spacious and located only a few minutes walk from Chichester city centre. It is the perfect place to getaway for families or friends, with so much to see & do in the local area. The house is located in a residential area & has free on-street parking. The property has a private garden with patio and outdoor furniture which is a lovely space to relax. All rooms are light & bright for all to enjoy. A short drive from Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival.
Our semi detached house is modern, open plan and spacious.
Downstairs is a large and sociable space which is an open plan layout. The kitchen is bright and modern, with a breakfast bar and 4 stools. It is well stocked with equipment for self catering purposes. Large patio doors look out to the enclosed garden - great on those summer days. Opposite the kitchen is a dining area which has a table and 4 chairs making this area ideal for entertaining. In this space is also a sofa bed however please note that there are no blinds and curtains so natural light will come in if sleeping here.
Following through from the kitchen and dining area is the spacious lounge with a TV and large windows doors overlooking the front of the house. There are two large and cosy sofas surrounding a log burning stove and TV.
The enclosed garden is has a patio area with garden furniture for you to relax in this suntrap on a summers evening.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms overlook the front of the house which include a small double and a king size bedroom. At the back of the house, overlooking the garden is a single bedroom.
On this floor there is a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, sink and toilet.
There is also a convenient downstairs toilet and sink downstairs by the front door.
Guests have use of the entire house. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied, subject to availability, if requested in advance.
