This New spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath twin house / townhouse at Forest Landing near Bethany Beach just 3.5 miles to Bethany Beach and close to all that the area has to offer.
The main floor features a incredible spacious great room complete with breakfast room, kitchen, family room and lovely screened porch. . The chef inspired kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The extra large first floor master bedroom suite features a king size bed with premium mattress. The the master bath features a dual vanity and a large walk-in tiled shower. The laundry room features a high efficiency full size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also half bath powder room. There is also a two-car garage that can be used for either parking or storage.
The second floor comes complete with three additional bedrooms, one of which doubles as an extra large family room with an extra large sectional sofa and big screen TV. There is also a full bath on the 2nd floor and a loft which providesa a gathering space for playing board games or a great spot to hide away and enjoy a good book.
THe home includes Central A/C, a chef inspired kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking available in two-car-garage, plus driveway and a few community spaces across from the house that are first come/first serve. STRICT Non-smoking and STRICT NO PETS allowed.
