Positive: This was the best rental home we’ve stayed at in OBX! The spaciousness and proximity to the beach was stellar. The kitchen was well supplied with china, cutlery, pots and pans, small appliances, etc. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable . It was great to find fresh linens and pre-made beds upon our arrival.
Negative: Village Realty was stingy with the basic starter supplies…. One small, thin roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no extra tall kitchen trash bags, no facial tissue, only one dishwasher pod (for two dishwashers). The biggest detriment was a lack of spices.
Summary: Our group of 9 had a wonderful week here, loved being so close to the beach and Harris Teeters!
