Beautiful semi-detached house, large and spacious, on the front line of golf. Ideal for families, rest and / or golf.
It consists of 4 bedrooms. All with: en suite bathroom, terrace overlooking the golf, underfloor heating, air conditioning and many wardrobes.
Living room and dining room with direct access to the porch.
Covered porch with large terrace and spacious private garden next to the pool and the community garden.
Brand new furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen in terms of large and small appliance, including washer-dryer. With office, barbecue and patio with clothesline.
It has indoor and outdoor games for children and adults, numerous balls and table tennis with all its accessories. The house is ideal for families, as it has large indoor and outdoor spaces (perfect for running, playing football, ping pong, etc.)
It is also perfect to rest and relax, as it has large green areas and porch, being close to the main entertainment places in the area.

Summary: Didnt have any communication from the property manager - she just handed over the keys, whatsapped a wifi code and we didnt hear from her again. The villa was pretty dark and actually quite cold - werent shown how to use air con/ heaters. Pool was shut - which we hadnt been told about.In the end, decided not to stay in the villa and satyed up the road in teh So Soto hotel!
