Summary: Fine apartment and wonderful garden. Poor communication with host via Vrbo website. Could not get access to apartment at arrival. Host could not hear the doorbell and did not oven the gate. Had to contact Vrbo that contacted the host. Picture of bedroom on the website that was not part of the apartment. A bedroom was spacifically mentioned in the description. No hot water for 4 days. The host requested that we checked out at 10.00 even though the contact said 11.00. VERY poor communication with host that a one occation slammed the door at me when I wanted to show her the checkout time in the contract. Top grade if it was not for the host.
