Summary: The hotel itself is nice, the location is great and the staff were very friendly. Nonetheless, we brought food with us hoping we could heat it up but unfortunately, there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. We asked the front desk ladies to allow us to use a microwave and they sent us to the hotel restaurant. I waited a long time in the restaurant’s lobby but no one ever acknowledged me or came to help me so I left. Also, I was given a validated ticket to leave the parking garage in the morning but it did not work causing us a delay and we almost miss our flight. I wanted to pay but it meant to go back to the mall or the hotel and we didn’t have time. The security person lifted up the pole far enough we were able to exit the parking garage. We were just happy we made it to airport and caught our flight.
