Positive: Lovely apartment in a great location. Easy to walk into town. Great to have a reserved parking place.
Negative: Slight problem with the frying pan, which came apart and the bathroom sink, which got blocked. It wasn't a problem for us, but blinds on the two smaller bedroom windows would be good in summer.
Summary: Lovely apartment in a great location. The parking space was appreciated.
