Positive: The staff were extremely friendly. A delicious breakfast! Location close to the ski lifts. Great hiking tips from the owner.
Negative: It was located right by the road, causing a lot of noise disturbance (there was no air conditioning, and the hot weather made us sleep with the window open). The spa facilities had very limited opening hours, so we were unable to use them. Our room wasn't as nice as in the photos; it lacked wooden elements and was very sparsely lfurnished, with only one chair on the balcony, no water boiler and no fridge. There was also no tea or coffee available in the common area.
Summary: A wonderful stay that could be turned into a spendid experience by just a few minor improvements
