Bathroom has shower with small tub.Fully equipped kitchen with sliders to newly renovated deck and large gated yard with barbecue, dining area, outside lounge sofas, play area..Access to garage full of beach gear, bikes,coolers, chairs,umbrella,beach toys. Can accommodate with inflatable beds,baby items pack and play, hi chair, stroller,etc...Just ask! One parking spot in front. It is 1/2 block to beautiful Rockaway Beach, open to swimming short walk to NYC Ferry shuttle, train,bus stop.Twenty minutes to Coney Island Park, Aquarium!Mini Golf, Aviator Sports Complex, Marine Park Golf. One block to grocery store,restaurants(outside dining or take out) ,DD, pizza, laundromat, gas, church,bank, pub,nail and hair salon. Come ride or walk the new 6 mile boardwalk, stop at the local eatery's. Rent locally paddle boards, surfboards, jet skis! Come swim, surf, fish, play, bike to parks, or just relax on beach. Sorry no visitors, gatherings , or parties! Everything is cleaned, disinfected, between guests, furniture has removable covers and is also cleaned. AC filters cleaned
