Perched above one of the most beautiful coastlines on the Oregon Coast is where you'll find Falcon Getaway. This ocean front 2-bed 2-bath home is situated in Arch Cape, known for scenic coastal rocks and generous sands affording hours of beach time for relaxation or adventure. Welcome to paradise!
Just a few miles south of Cannon Beach, off of Hwy 101 is where you'll find Falcon Getaway. As you pull into the 2-car covered driveway, you'll notice the cute wooden fence, bordering privacy trees and grassy areas surrounding the home. Listen to the ocean, mere steps below, as you approach the front door.
Entering the home, you'll immediately be drawn to large picture windows at the end of the hall, where you'll find unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. This is the main living room, where you can imagine watching the waves every morning or enjoying the sunset every night. A cozy fireplace and comfy sofa make this space perfect for gathering family and friends, for games or movies night. On your left you will find the dining area and very well-equipped kitchen, offering the same breathtaking views. A sliding glass door that can let in ocean scents and cool breezes takes you to the expansive deck where you are one step closer to the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. With its clear view of the iconic Castle Rock, the deck is the ideal spot to have lunch, read a book or lounge in the sun. A large grassy area extends off the front, offering yet another private space to use outside. To get to the spectacular beach itself, public access is literally a few paces directly beside the house. The short walk down the stairs and tree lined path bring you right onto the beach you've been eyeing from your ocean front retreat above.
Inside, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry area are located down the hall, in the quiet and private area of the house. The primary bedroom has a King bed with plush carpet and plentiful closet space, as well as its own ensuite full bathroom. Crisp white and mosaic tile line the walls of a deep bathtub with a shower, where you can soak after a fun day of adventure.
Across the hall from the Primary is the second bedroom with a Full/Single bunkbed. Another large closet and continuation of the soft carpet make this room homey and comfortable for kids or additional guests. Just outside this room is a second bathroom with a glass door shower and adjustable showerhead – perfect to use as a shared powder room or separate bathroom for guests.
Situated between Cannon Beach and Manzanita, Falcon Getaway is located in an unbeatable location, giving you easy access to hiking in Oswald West State Park, surfing along the coast, exploring the pristine beaches, dining at great restaurants and fun shopping.
