Positive: I like some of the stuff they were helpful and informative but there was one staff member there that wasn't really working with what I had already booked and yes they did compensate and upgraded the one of the rooms but it was still an inconvenience of what I was trying to do
Negative: When I requested a rooms that was side by sorry it was told there is confirmed and available but then when I arrived it was not side by side rooms and then one of the rooms that they gave me the bed was not comfortable nor properly assembled and the toilet was constantly running
