Summary: Overall, my colleague gave this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. I transferred my booking to him because I had to cancel my business trip. Based on his feedback the cleanliness was below expectations. The towels had an unpleasant smell, which was disppointing and affected the overall experience. That said, the staff were friendly and courteous which was definitely positive. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards, as better cleanliness would make for a much better guest experience.
