Positive: Very nice spacious and clean studio, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you need. There is a metro station 5 minutes away on foot and also a bakery and multiple grocery stores like Aldi and Lidl. The city center is also very close, only 3 metro stations away. You can also find parking either in front of the building or around it, but you have to be lucky because generally most of the spaces are already taken.
Negative: A small water leak from the shower and there's a heavy door for the building entrance near the apartment door which is slammed all the times, especially in the morning which causes a lot of noise, other than that, it was perfect.
