We love our location! Though we are only 1.5 miles from the many restaurants, coffee joints, bars and shops on Haywood Road, we enjoy a quieter West Asheville vibe with off-street parking and streets lined with sidewalks for peaceful evening strolls. We are also just 5 miles west of vibrant Downtown Asheville and a mile from access to the major roads that take you to the best state and national forests in our area. We are just 6 miles from Bent Creek Experimental Forest, The NC Arboretum and the Blue Ridge Parkway, ideal destinations for hiking and cycling. Biltmore Estate and Asheville Outlets are merely 6 miles away as well.
Getting Around:
You’re 5 minutes from West Asheville, 10 to downtown—driving’s best, but the neighborhood is walkable too.

Summary: It is a spacious studio with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The shower is amazing and parking was safe and convenient. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and quiet. The only issue we had upon our arrival was a problem with gaining access to the unit via the keyless entry door lock. Luckily, the owner's arrived right on time to help us get in. They were very friendly and helpful as the issue was resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.
