Positive: Great location near Whitby, parking available onsite and nice open plan downstairs. It was good to have two bathrooms available. Also, dog friendly.
Negative: Some of the ceilings upstairs were a low and the floor boards were really creaky.
Summary: Great location, friendly host, has everything you need for a short stay.
