Summary: The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful with all my questions. And the waiters and waitresses at breakfast and dinner were very nice. The bartenders and people who work at Starbucks are extremely rude and unfriendly and did not seem to want to help in any way. Received attitude for asking for a cup of milk for child for the nighttime and asking for a coffee with creamer at the Starbucks. The pool was very dirty and rusty with mold growing on the walls on the pool. The rooms need major upgrading and are not well maintained. The bed was on a tilt, the shower head was coming off the wall.
