Positive: Warm welcome by host Peter. Fantastic view towards Auckland harbour and downtown. Good location to have the best views from Auckland Skyline. Free coffee (Nespresso) machine in room. Also good location to explore friendly Devonport.
Negative: Entry to location via stairs may be difficult for some people with heavy luggage. We could handle this though.
