Positive: Spacious room, good parking, nice terrace, good location, fully equipped kitchen (didn't use it), easy to get in/out, safe area, very good host.
Negative: the mattress sags in the middle making for a challenging sleep, the shower light could do with more wattage and more sound insulation would be ideal (to avoid waking up to the dog barking at 6am)
