Positive: Welcome at Friday evening 7.30PM was not friendly .. lobby was already dark and empty .. no more food or snacks available and one person at the desk tried to go home as fast as possible and close everything as if it was midnight ? We couldn’t even get a cup of hot water to make our own tea
Negative: The hotel and room are excellent and also the breakfast and the morning staff however the evening guy at reception was very unfriendly .. he even switch off the lights at 8pm ? And we asked if we could stay at the lobby he refused
Summary: Good but no warm welcome .. a good hotel should have room service or minimum food menu
