Positive: Room was lovely and spacious. I had the venison for dinner and it was delicious. The staff were all really friendly, but special mention to Kim on reception. When I checked in there was a large group on a golfing trip waiting to be checked in which she handled quickly and professionally despite being on her own. She later sorted an issue I had with my radiator in my room, and when I enquired about a vending machine where I could buy chocolate, she gave me a chocolate biscuit of her own. Fantastic service!
Negative: Carrying all my luggage up 2 floors.
