Positive: We were there for my husband's surgery. He ran into a major complication and things got wild. I didn't know how long i had to stay so I made reservations every 2 days. Everyone was helpful and concerned. I thought the room was very clean, for the most part it was. I spilled water on the floor, got a paper towel to wipe up and I was surprised to see how much dirt was on the towel. That was all I found, and it is a floor, but it shouldn't be that dirty. We love staying there, very comfortable and if I had to get stuck 100 miles from home with such a terrifying experience, i wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
