Little Lodge is a cosy one bedroom cottage annexed to the owners main house. It has its own front door, back door and rear enclosed private courtyard garden. The cottage is on two levels, downstairs there is a well equipped galley style beamed kitchen including, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine.
The kitchen leads through to a lobby area with door to rear court yard and a separate downstairs toilet. Also on the ground floor is a lounge with comfortable good sized two sweeter sofa, dining table, coffee table and a log burner just right for cosy nights in.
The stairs are open, narrow and cottage like leading from the kitchen to an upstairs gallery landing. There is a cupboard on the landing. Then the bathroom leads off from the landing and includes a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom also leads off the landing.
The bedroom is double aspect and has a beautiful French double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tub chair.
