Even though our place is only 5 minutes from Payson & 15 minutes to Pine, you'll feel a world away. Spend mornings walking along the E Verde River and evenings watching the wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck.
Easy to get to, yet a world apart, there is something for everyone at our place. There's also a fenced yard for approved pets.
The house has most everything you might need to feel at home. For the early morning coffee on the back deck, we have both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. There is a gas grill for burgers in the evening. The master bedroom has a King bed for a comfortable night's sleep with the windows open while the other two bedrooms offer Queens. For those rare rainy days, we offer DirecTV both upstairs and down. And to keep your friends and family up-to-date through Facebook or Instagram, we have high-speed internet. Everything else available is what you would expect in a house: towels, linens, dishes, washer & dryer, etc.

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin in Pine near the East Verde Creek! From the moment we walked in, we noticed how spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated it was. The main living room had a huge, comfy couch perfect for relaxing, and our pups loved the cozy dog beds and the soft, clean carpets.The kitchen was well-equipped, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of ice, bottled water for the Keurig, and K-pods. Even though we didn’t cook much, it was nice knowing we had access to all the kitchen essentials, including dog bowls, which were a great addition.The back patio was one of our favorite spots: elevated with cushioned lounge chairs and a fenced-in yard, it was perfect for lazy afternoons with the pups. Our cocktails were made even better by the visits from hummingbirds at the feeders, we loved it so much we refilled them ourselves just to keep watching.The location was perfect too. We enjoyed easy access to the hiking trail along the East Verde creekbed and even found a quiet spot with deep water to fish, relax, and soak in the sunshine with the dogs. Each evening we explored local dining, including a great night at THAT Brewery in Pine and another at Fargo’s Steakhouse in Payson with oysters, shrimp cocktail, and steak au poivre with pomme frites, plus a little steak treat for the pups.The bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the master bedroom’s king bed was just what we needed for a restful sleep after our adventures.
