The Villa is located almost directly on the Canada-US border and is located southwest of Lake Memphremagog Canadian area, in the Town of Mansonville/Potton. The villa is at the very end of a private road assuring privacy and peacefulness. The beach drop-out is soft making it a very nice place to spend afternoons even with small children

LAKE MEMPHREMAGOG
Covering about 110 square km, the lake is nearly 51 km in length connecting the towns of Magog on the Canadian side to Newport on the Vermont side. Fairly shallow with depth ranges of 20 feet (6.1 m) to 30 feet, it takes a dramatic drop near Mount Owl's Head with depth of 351 feet (107 meters). It features about 20 islands, including the Province Island, the largest, divided by the international border.
