Positive: Oscar, the Owner is a fantastic host. Warm and welcoming, there was never a time I could not reach him for any questions! Text and even calls were answered with great speed. Very pet friendly as well, keeping the biggest smile even as our little chiweenie proved to have more bravado in him than was necessary. The inside of the unit was clean as a whistle, 2 bed rooms each with its own mini split AC unit to help control temperatures. It's a very modern construction, well insulated to keep temperatures inside very comfortable. The room with the larger bed has a TV with a few different internet/streaming accounts for those who need a little bit of entertainment. The Smaller room is where the closets and storage are located for any clothes and such that need to be hung. The bathroom had some wonderful curtains, and a very wide and beautiful showerhead with modern fixtures, toiletries and the like. Around the property is a lovely assortment of small trees and plants leading to an outdoor pool. Towels were near the door in a basket for us before we even stepped in. It's location is excellent as both US 1 and the Turnpike are both less than 5 minutes away, which also means grocery runs and many restaurants are also nearby. Neighboorhood was comfy, and quiet, no loud vehicles or such audible from the nearby streets. Denny's, Publix, Winn Dixie, Mcdonalds and such are examples of some of the locations we pursed out while driving around. If you have the chance, please don't overlook this property. It's value is nothing short of great in comparison to some of the other more formal or traditional motels/hotels in the area.
