Summary: such a special place and close to town but with the peace and quiet of being in the middle of no where. it was especially lovely when it rained at night. just have a glamping mind set and you won't mind the 30 second walk to the bathrooms like some of the reviews mentioned :-p lovely communication, would stay again!
