Negative: The room could have been cleaner. There was coffee stains and spilt sugar on the coffee stand. There were black hairs on ;the bed sheets and pillows which I'm hoping were pet hairs. Shared family bathroom with no working lock. The Kettle had seen better days and had brown water in it. The owner was not expecting visitors so it was short notice and he didn't have time to clean thoroughly I guess. But if you are hiring a room out then you should be prepared in my opinion. Owner was friendly but it just wasn't for us so we did not stay the night.
