Positive: The hostess was very welcoming and helpful explaining how to get around the city. She explained everything thoroughly about the apartment. The rooms are very cozy. The breakfast exceeded my expectations it was amazing like in movies I never even had this kind of treatment in hotels like we got it here. The Venice was reachable very easily by tram.
