Positive: The communal areas are great, really modern cafe and lounge space. Fantastic location right by the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube. My room had a great view of the shard. I enjoyed the daytime and nighttime blinds and the colour changing night light!
Negative: Clearly very very expensive for what you get but that’s just the City during the week at the moment. The room itself was nowhere near as nice as the lobby - quite sparse and showing its age. Dirty grout and water stains on some of the furniture. Nothing awful but you do expect more for the price.
